When we install windows in your entire
home, we pledge a savings of at least 50% of fuel consumption for heating
and cooling this residence during the 12 month period beginning with the
date of installation. In the event fuel savings are less than 50% of the
previous 12 months' fuel consumption, the homeowner will submit copies
of the fuel bills to substantiate the claim and the homeowner will be reimbursed
for the difference between the actual savings and 50% of the fuel cost
for the previous 12 months.

Fuel cost is determined by subtracting August's bill from each of the
remaining 11 months to extract the amount of therms used for heading
only - not to include therms for appliances or utilities.
