It features a 7/8" single-surface multilayer vacuum-deposition Low-E insulated glass unit filled with krypton gas. The inert krypton gas is about 40% denser than air* to resist the transfer of heat. The result is a system that increases energy efficiency – it’s over twice as efficient as ordinary insulating glass – and decreases utility expenses.

Heat reflective Maxuus 10 delivers the ultimate energy system by combining two panes of vacuum-deposition Low-E glass with an interior glass substrate and two insulating chambers of krypton gas. The result is an insulated glass unit that is five times more energy efficient than clear insulating glass. Also, there's no need for an equalization vent between the two chambers-so unlike polyester film system, Maxuus units truly have twin insulating air chambers.

Heat reflective Maxuus 5 delivers high performance by combining two panes of vacuum-deposition Low-E glass with an interior glass substrate and two insulating chambers of krypton gas. The result is an insulated glass unit that is over 3 1/2 times more energy efficient than clear insulated glass.
